Our founder, Tom, once lived under an overwhelming weight—intense pressure at work, the steep learning curve of a new role, and the silent expectations he carried at home. He began to doubt his abilities, and even more deeply, the direction of his own life.

Then came a turning point—an unexpected gift from a close friend:
